Accepted before and accepted again?

Hi,

Sorry for the weird title. Last year I was accepted to CSE for chemical engineering. I have since then been enrolled at community college and reapplied again this year as a transfer student (same major). If it matters, I am OOS (California).

Does the admissions office take into account my previous acceptance or even see it? Also, does anyone know when decisions are usually released for transfer students in CSE?

Yes, the look at your past admissions. I do, however, believe they do not take into account into your previous admission as much if you have completed over 26 credits.

26 by the time you enroll to the school (end of spring 2019) or 26 when you apply (end of fall 2018)?
