<p>Hi all,</p>

<p>I got accepted by Baruch College. I'm planning to move to NYC from Seattle.
I don't have anyone in NY. Please help me out with some advices. I heard NYC is a very busy place and very expensive when it comes to housing.
Where is it cheaper to live. I'm thinking about Brooklyn or Queens.
What activities can I do there. I'm going to study Finance.
How much does monthly bus/subway pass cost? average shared rooms?
Anything will help</p>
