I just recieved email that I've been accepted to Indiana University. Even though, I got into few colleges (UIUC, Maryland, Penn State), Indiana was my first choice college, so huge pressure on college things was just diminished. Phew ;)

Anyway, my stats is not that good.
gpa: 3.2 UW (If I exclude 9th grade, gpa would be 3.5)
SAT: 460 CR 700 M 510 W
SAT2: Japanese 800 Korean 800 (Ps. My parents are Japanese(mom) and korean(dad)) Math 2c: 650 Physics: 620
Essay: none
EC: just numerous clubs; few significnat positions.
Toefl: 96 IBT

I am kinda concerned because I did not get into Kelley as direct admission. I hope I can get good grades in freshmen year and transfer to Kelley. ;)

NornalGuy// thanks, I submitted the application in December 22nd, I think my all transcripts were sent in middle of December. Dont worry, still there are many days left. I wish my stats give some hope to some people.

Ok. I'm glad you found out so fast. I applied 3 months ago and still no word. And every time I talk to them they just tell me I'm going to have to keep waiting basically. Fun times...

Did u get into UIUC? I did too but Indiana is better especially for business. Maryland is tough 2 get into. 44% admission rate. I'd say ur numbers r bit low. Plus being asian will hurt you. Srry, I know it sucks, i'm azn too. But too many smart ppl like us. But don't give up. I jst don't want you to be disappointed.

SuperDuperMan-- they don't send out direct admission invitations for about 4 weeks after you're admitted to IU. not to be mean, but I don't think you'd be a candidate for direct admission given your stats, but it's still possible. good luck! plus, you're right, you can always get in sophomore year!!
