Accepted? How conditional is it??

Hi I’ve recently been accepted to Trinity University and Allgheny College under an early action plan and Leadership scholarship respectively. My question is this. When any college accepts you, how binding is the acceptance? For instance I have a predicted 40+ out of 45 total points on the IB Diploma. However, If I end up getting 30 points on my finals, is it likely that college will reconsider my admission? If I tell the school of my choice in May that I will matriculate there and pay the deposit and then get poor final grades, what happens?

-Thanks Austin

They reserve the right to rescind ANY acceptance at any time...

For your specific question...did you tell them that you had already received a 40...or do they know that it is a "prediction"...because if they know that its a prediction then it was definitely not the reason for your acceptance...

Just study hard and you should be fine...
