<p>I did not intent to take the civil engineering program since I am undecided yet SU requires applicants to declare major so I chose civil engineering. Just want to ask if the program is a good one in SU cuz I've never heard ppl talking about it. </p>
<p>Also, I am aware that their arts and communcations program is highly ranked nationally. I am slightly interested in both (taking ap studio art this yr). Is it possible for me to switch to any of these programs later on after I have attended the civil engineering program? How possible is that? thx =]</p>
