<p>Hi, I was apart of the second wave of admissions results and I was accepted undeclared into my second choice school, I admit I only selected falk for the sake of putting something as I thought I had good enough grades for my first choice Earth sciences @CAS. Syracuse is one of my top choices and I want to know if there is any way I could appeal to be admitted to CAS or if I can commit and then transfer internally into CAS?
If transferring is an option, can I transfer during my freshman year?</p>

<p>I don’t see why not. College students change majors all the time. Syracuse probably won’t change you major until after freshman year, but you won’t miss out on much. I’m not sure about Syracuse, but some schools require you have a certain GPA to go into another major.</p>
