<p>hey guys. i just got accepted into UCI. im really happy as it was my first choice. However, i got a c first semester in AP Calc and dropped my calculus class second semester due to possible failure. The class was just not my cup of tea as it was also my first c in my high school career that happened to come senior year. Anyways, will my acceptance get rescinded? Also, how do i report to them of my dropped class. Thanks.</p>
<p>I don’t think your acceptance will be rescinded based on that C or dropping the class. Just make sure it doesn’t hurt your UC gpa and you’ll be fine. But you never know… And you should report to them in MyAdmissionsApplication. Click the ‘Message Center’ tab>Send a message to admissions>Report a change in my course schedule>and try to give a legitimate reason if you can. 
I learned from first-hand experience and they never rescinded my acceptance, so you shouldn’t worry too much.</p>
<p>I think you still have to report it to them somehow, but I don’t think they’ll rescind you because of the hassle it takes.</p>

<p>I thought the only thing that would change their decision is D or lower grade. However, it is required to inform the admission office of senior schedule change IIRC.</p>
