Accepted MBA Credit Hours

Hi All,
Your advise is very well appreciated! I am from West Africa, but I currently live in Texas. I obtained my Undergrad in Africa before moving over here. I was enrolled in an University in which I have taken 8 MBA courses. However, I was expelled due to poor Academy standing. I did appealed and I was unfortunate since this was my second time being expelled. Without regret, I applied to another university by using my undergrad transcript and I was successfully granted admission! I recently started classes at my new university. However, By looking at my current university MBA Courses, they are similar to my previous university. I have taken some of those courses already, and I do have an A or B in them!
My question is, do you think the university will accept those courses that are similar to theirs even though I have passed the admission process? Furthermore, do you think by bring this incident up may affect me because I didn’t inform the university that I was expelled?

If you show them your MBA transcript you will be expelled. You were required to submit ALL transcripts when you applied. Even without seeking credit there is a chance that your current school will find out and expel you.

You were obligated to provide all of your transcripts when you applied. So go do that right now. You might get lucky and be allowed to stay, in which case they will look at your courses and decide if they will award transfer credits.

Please, please, please don’t spend one more cent in tuition, fees, and the like at your current university until this has been sorted out. You absolutely do not want to spend a lot of time and money there to only lose your diploma when they find out someday about your missing transcript. Yes, that does happen.
