My son was accepted ED and we would like to visit the campus again this spring. Does anyone know if Miami will have an accepted student day or any spring/summer programs for accepted students?

Congratulations on your son’s acceptance! Miami calls this “Cane for a Day” and here is a link to the 2011 program:
[Cane For A Day - Admitted Student Program | Enrollment Management | University of Miami](http://www.miami.edu/index.php/cane_for_a_day_-_admitted_student_program/)

Looks like you complete an application to get started…since I didn’t see a 2012 link I guess I’d call Meredith Coen in admissions if I were you - her number is on the “Contact Us” link.

We didn’t take advantage since it was a no-brainer decision for my daughter to attend UM after being accpeted.

Hope you enjoy your visit!

The Accepted Students Day Open House is usually the first weekend in April.

Thanks so much. He is definitely going to Miami, but we thought it would be nice to see the campus one more time and give him the opportunity to meet other students who will be joining him in the fall. I checked out the Cane Day link but it looks like it is only for students with academic scholarships (doubtful for my son). The open house sounds good Ill call the admissions office to see if it is on the schedule yet for this year.
