Accepted Students Day/ Open House

Does anyone know if USC has an Accepted Students Day/ Open House for incoming freshmen?? I'm having such a hard time deciding where I want to go next year and an open house would help so much.

I feel the same way! Accepted students days are so much more helpful than just regular tours… I looked alllllll over the USC website like three hundred times, though, and I couldn’t find a single thing about an accepted students day! My guess is that if one does exist, they will mail something out about it. You could also call the admissions office to find out.

My son is now a junior, so my memory may not be correct, but I’m pretty sure they had a “scholars day” for accepted students that had received a scholarship, sometime in the spring. There was also a day when we were able to attend an “Open House” in his major --he got to meet the professors and tour the buildings where most of his classes would be held. Folks in the visitor’s office that schedule the regular tours might be able to tell you for sure:

greenville is right - if you get a scholarship, there is a “Scholars Day” in April that you will be able to attend. Keep in mind that SC enrolled 5,000+ freshmen in Fall 2009 - how would an accepted students day even work logistically?
