Accepted Students Day

Who is excited?!?!? Do you think there will be a lot of people?

This is awkward. I definitely did not receive an acceptance yet :(.

It was just for EA applicants but I’m positive they’ll have one for RD

Oh, that makes sense :stuck_out_tongue: I just hope I get in. From what I’ve been hearing, my chances are slipping with every passing day :(

actually I applied regular decision and just got accepted yesterday
But I got accepted with honors and a scholarship
I think it was just for outstanding applicants?

Congrats! If you go there try to room in International Village. It’s amazing.

hah thanks!
are you currently a student at neu?

Honors students have to live in IV.

Nope, just visited. Neu, I didn’t know it was mandatory. Thanks for the clarification.

I just got my acceptance today and applied for regular decision.
I’m surprised that i got my acceptance today considering i checked on their website and said that notifications will be posted by April 1st.

This is what it says:
On behalf of the Admission Committee, I am pleased to offer you admission to the 115th entering class at Northeastern University. Your admission is a testament to both your academic and personal achievements.

What does that even mean? Like i’m the 115th student to enter the class of 2016??

Northeastern students often graduate in 5 years instead of 4 due to the coop program, therefore the classes are identified by entering year in admissions (IE the 115th class/year of students) to enter the university, since some of you will graduate in 2016 while others will graduate in 2017. Its a co-op school thing.

I believe it’s the 115th class at NEU
