My daughter is going to PSU this fall. We are going to Accepted Students Day. I know she (we) will have to go back again for New Student Orientation. What do they do at Accepted Students Day?

This is a chance for the college to sell itself to students who have not yet made up their minds, although students who have already committed can certainly attend. I highly recommend attending – honestly, it is astonishing how much a college can mess up when they are supposed to be putting their best foot forward. One of my kids changed her mind about her first two choices after attending accepted student events, and her third choice surged to the front after theirs. The other kid had her first choice solidly confirmed by attending. More info before May 1 is good.
