Accepted to another University

Hello everyone,

I had a question about withdrawing from a University and getting accepted to another university the following school year. I was attending CSUF for the 2009-2010 school year but I had housing problems and had to commute from where I live (which was a 4 hour ride). And I was not getting enough time to study or any free time, so I withdrew within the second week. I didn't receive any "W's" nor "F's" on my transcript, it was as if I never attended that university.

Moreover, I applied to the university near my home and was accepted for the 2010-2011 school year as a first-time freshman. And I just wanted to know if this is possible? is this wrong even if I didn't screw up at CSUF?

Please, anyone, who had a similar case, give me some feedback or any admissions personnel? In general just anyone?

Thank you very much.

That sounds like it would be fine but you should check with your new school to make sure you match THEIR definition of a first time freshman.

Thank you for your response Erin’s Dad. And I believe so too, and will be calling them as soon as possible.

Thank you, again.
