I just checked Opus and there's a new link where I can make my admissions deposit. Does this mean I've been accepted?? I can't call because the admissions office is closed today, and it's killing me. Will somebody with some experience please let me know what this means?

Are you sure? I called today and they said everyone gets that link, which is rather puzzling. How could I pay my admissions deposit if I'm not accepted?

Oh well that's odd. In every case I've seen, when someone gets that link, it's because they've been accepted. If Emory's system is just jacked up, I dunno.

Yeah, that drove me crazy too. When I first saw the link, I called admissions and asked if there was any significance to it, but she just laughed and replied, nice try. lol. I ended up getting an acceptance letter through the mail a few days later. It comes in a thick envelope ..I dont think transfer decisions get posted on Opus, or mine never did, at least.

Actually I was writing the thread for my girlfriend, and she DID get in. She had a 3.69 in the fall and 3.62 in the spring. These were her SAT scores:
Critical Reading 750
Math 640
Writing 700

I think they just like to f**k with you. Everytime she called the admissions office they would just make her cry. They probably have a policy that they can't tell you on the phone, but for some reason they add that link just to throw you off.

I don't know if she'll be able to go though, because they're counting her dad's income in her family contribution, and we hardly even see the guy. Well, I wish you guys luck, anyway.
