As I stated in the title I did not meet the requirements for eligibility at university parks computer science program. On the application I had to pick a second campus and chose Erie, and found out that I have been accepted.
How hard would it be for me to transfer from Erie to UP for computer science ?
Do you mean transferring under the 2+2 program? Lots of people do it, so it shouldn’t be hard if you keep up with your requirements and meet with your advisor to make sure you’re on track.
You need to contact the school and find out the requirements to transfer to UP in that major.
Everyone either accepted “in the major” at UP or a commonwealth campus will need to complete the same entry to major requirements. No one is “in” the major until their junior year. According to PSU’s website, you will have to have a 2.6 overall GPA and have taken with a C grade or better the following classes in order to be “in” the major your junior year:
CMPSC 122
MATH 140
MATH 141
MATH 230
PHYS 211
PHYS 212
This is the exact same regardless of where you start. There is a thread above that talks about the 2+2 program. It’s not really considered transferring. You can also look up the entry to major requirements here:

I have never heard of anyone not being able to transfer to UP unless their grades are not up to what your major requires.I grew up near Erie and have heard really good things about Berhend. They have put lots of money into the campus and programs. Congrats! and We Are!
