Accepted to Stern - Could they rescind my offer?

I was accepted to Stern with a 4.06 GPA (junior/senior year), and now I have dropped to a 3.2 with a C in Calculus AB. I applied Early Decision, and therefore have withdrawn my other applications.

Regarding NYU (and Stern) specifically, what are their policies on rescinding offers for academic reasons? Would they only rescind offers if you fail a class, or if your GPA drops significantly? Also, has anyone ever heard of someone getting their offer rescinded from Stern, and if so, how badly did their grades drop? Or would it just be a warning letter/placed on academic probation upon entering the university?

Thanks

I seriously doubt it. I know Columbia University’s policy is after two Cs they review a student’s application so I would assume NYU’s policy is more lax.
