Nah, when I try to log into MyHousing I get: “Sorry, login information you provided could not be validated.”
I’m also locked out of TUportal.
I also never got an email about my RMS ID number.
Plus the help desk is closed until tomorrow morning (I just tried calling) so I guess I’ll just have to wait until then.
Thanks for trying to help.

So I called them again and the guy said I have to activate my Acessnet Account, which I did, with is help. So now I can log into TUportal. But now MyHousing doesn’t work. I can log in, but after I click on “Click Here to Begin Using MyHousing” it says “Access Denied! Your account has been deactivated.”
Of course all the other apps I don’t need right now work just fine.
Sigh.

OMG. I’m in school now and when I tried to log on to MyHousing it WORKED!!! It better be working when I get home. I’m not in the mood to call them again.

I can’t seem to log into TUPortal either…but I am accepted at least :D

Same problem here… Access Denied Account has been Deactivated.

Accepted, and going! Pretty pumped… lets go owls

@Georgehef when did you get accepted?

Just got accepted today!!!

I applied late february and I still haven’t gotten a response! I’m a tad bit worried, is this normal? I know I should have applied earlier, but I figured April 1st was the deadline for most schools to notifiy potential students.

I was accepted several months ago, but it was my second choice for a while. Most likely going, so excited! :)

Got accepted earlier this month with a $7,500 scholarship.

@smq115 - congrats - what are your stats

My daughter applied in early January to 7 schools (art student) and her portfolio was already accepted at Tyler/Temple last fall. She was accepted within days or weeks at every school except Temple. Temple’s terrible portal was just miserable, and we could never get in touch with anyone to figure it out. Finally figured out there was some snafu with her deposit not being processed properly, so at the last minute she’s in, but no guaranteed housing. I really hope they make this better next year!
