Accepted to UCLA but short 3 units by the end of spring

Hello i am a transfer student from a cc..
On my UC application update, i wrote i was going to take 5 classes for the spring term but due to the budget cuts, i was unable to add 1 of the classes..Now i'm short 3 units but i plan on taking summer school to make it up. i am done with my General education and major requirements and just need any 3 units.

How bad does my situation sound? do u think they'll withdraw me from admission? cause i know u need 60 by the end of spring so i'm really scared~ but then there wasn't anything i can do about this situation

take it in the summer!

make a phone call

technically, you could have taken another class to make up those 3 units (instead of taking the class that wasn’t offered “due to budget cuts”)… they will think that.

the only thing left to do is report to them ASAP.

good luck!

See my post history for lots of posts on possible rescindance @ UCLA. There are lots… dredge up some old threads, do whatever you’ve got to do, but make sure you let them know on the application update.

it could also be a problem if you didn’t report to them that you dropped those classes.
They accepted you under the presumption that you’re taking the classes you reported this semester
