Accepted to USC's Rival!

After waiting 4 long months to hear back from USC, my nerves have finally calmed down! :D UCLA 012!

congratulations!

USC or UCLA???

Me too! However, I'm positive that I'm going to be a Trojan next year :) Can't Wait!

gotrojans!, your username gives it away! :)

Congratulations!

I'm sorry you had to Bruin your life like that. :(

Just kidding, congratulations; I got accepted too.

I got into UCLA as well :D

why is this thread even in USC's forum? go tell it in UCLA's forum

Just gives me a bit of hope for USC, which I have been tearing my hair out over ever since decisions were mailed in January.

i got accepted too but i;m not gonna lie, i thought i was gonna be rejected esp. cuz im out of state....BUT i still wanna go to USC supperrrrr crazy bad...hopefully if i can make it into UCLA, i can make it into USC

I was rejected from UCLA. Figures, considering I'm OOS.. ughhhh that is so weak. I'd have gone to UCLA in a heartbeat, even though USC is my top chioce.

I think it is okay, and even smart to be ambivalent about the rivalry before knowing what school you are going to. It allows you to choose which school fits you best. Now, on this board, most people are going to think that USC fits you best :), but that doesn't mean that UCLA is an awful school. Good luck everyone!

Son was accepted across town as well. Big financial decisions to make when the financial aid packages come out.

D was rejected UCLA, the acceptance letter from USC a few days ago made this sting a whole lot less. Oh well, one less decision to make :D

yay! i got into ucla also!! no idea which one i'll go to though, since im up for presidential at usc...and im also waiting until april 1st for others

h1gher- im sorry, it's unfortunate how much more difficult it is for you oos kids to get in... :-/

Yea got rejected UCLA OOS...oh well, expected it .

Got into USC Marshall and UCSD Econ but rejected from UCLA pre-bus Econ..

accepted to usc at beginning of march-invited to apply to honors program
accepted to ucla today-out of state too so i'm pumped
not sure if i'll be going to either...i want to wait for my other decisions
ucla and usc aren't bad options though :)

hmmm...i wonder if anyone who gets rejected by USC gets accepted by UCLA?..cuz it seems to be vice versa so far

cuz of most us who applied are out of state, which raises the standard for UCLA another level.
