Accepted, Waitlisted, Denied for Theatre

<p>Hello everyone!</p>

<p>I recently found out that I was waitlisted at SMU for theatre and I was wondering if this was a common thing.<br>
So far, I have only heard back from SMU, and I am curious to see if this could give me an idea of what I will hear from NYU, USC, Champan, and UMichigan.<br>
I also wanted to see the mix of where people were accepted with where they were waitlisted and denied because I think that the outcome for one school can give a good idea of the chances for other schools. </p>

<p>Look at last year’s acceptances. They will probably state where they were waitlisted and denied as well. You will be able to see if there are any patterns, but there are no rules set in stone for auditions. Best of luck!</p>

<p>People report where they were waitlisted much more readily than where they were denied. You can find waitlist info on last year’s acceptance threads.</p>
