<p>I was originally accepted as a transfer student for the WN2013 term; however, due to unfortunate personal circumstances, I was unable to attend. Still interested in attending, I inquired and was told to update my application for the upcoming Fall term. I subsequently did this, and, as of tonight, was unfortunately denied admittance.</p>
<p>I am now being told by an admissions representative that transfer students can defer their admission for up to three terms. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this? If not, would it be possible to enroll as a guest student for a term as an alternative measure?</p>
<p>I'm in a bit of a bind. I currently have 57 credits and a 3.6 G.P.A (3.9 if my philosophy professor didn't fail me arbitrarily last term) and a strong desire to enroll in the university's computer science program. My failure to gain admittance this term is leaving me without any guidance as to my academic approach going forward.</p>
