<p>I just received my acceptance to the College of Communications, Pre-Journalism, and Plan II Honors.
I'm not top 9% (homeschooler...) but I am a Texas Resident. </p>

GPA: 4.0 (Austin Community College/Conserve School)
25-27 hours of dual credit by graduation</p>

<p>If you don’t mind my asking, how did you find out about Plan II: online or via letter? And when did you send in your Plan II app?</p>

<p>I received a letter in the mail (it was in one of those giant manila envelopes). Plan II’s site says they don’t ever notify you online. 
And I sent in my honors application October 8th, I think it was.</p>

<p>Communications arrived about three days before Plan II, but I’ve heard of people getting their general UT acceptances after Plan II. </p>
<p>@Last Shadow: it may not be on the website. I live in Austin, so I was able to visit last year, and I may have heard it there. :p</p>
