In two years and three months, I hope to create a thread with the same exact title. Since sixth grade, I have aspired to go to an Ivy League School. First it was Harvard, now it is Wharton. Last year, as a freshman, I was enrolled in the hardest courses my school offered (exception: Accelerated Spanish) and received 3 A-, and 3 As. The high school is private, and known for their academic rigors. I played football and participated in five clubs. I also made significant amount of money online as an affiliate marketer. Extra Info: (Ranked 5th in my class of 32098% on Catholic High School Entrance Exam)

One month into my sophomore year, and I find myself in a huge ditch. Mid-quarter reports have just been published, and, much to my chagrin, I have a 1 C, 2 B-, 1 B, 1 B+, 1 A (Never got below a A- before) Could the past four weeks shot down my chances at getting into Wharton or any Ivys? If I were to receive one or two B+ this year, would I still have a shot? If I were to earn $50k + per year working in sole proprietorship, would this help negate these unfavorable grades? Also, next year I plan to start the Young Entrepreneurs club at my high school, this should help as well, correct?

Why am I writing this? To keep my sanity. Accomplishing goals give one great joy and pleasure- not accomplishing them produces an equal amount of emotion, this time, unfavorable. I know, I am young. I should chill out and enjoy high school as it lasts, savoring it to the last drop. But, I cant. Reassure me; tell me that I will be ok. But, dont lie to me. If you think that this past month jeopardized my chances, I want to know. If you are kind-hearted, have a few seconds, give me some advice. This is something I want deeply.

Thank you,
Concerned + Obsessive Sophomore

P.S. Can you recommend any other colleges with top-flight businesses related undergraduate programs?
