<p>This site has helped me tremendously and i feel that i need to ease the minds of others who may be as nervous as I was so here it goes......</p>

<p>I was accepted today 10/9 (I applied to Kelley Business but I'm not sure whether that means i am admitted there directly or not...who knows). I had everything in roughly 3 weeks ago, 9/20(?).</p>

<p>I'm out of state from Illinois.
3.78w gpa.
class rank = top 24%
act = 31
sat = 1940/1320</p>

<p>Congratulations, rsefer! It must be nice having that acceptance so early in the school year. Are you planning to apply any place else, or is IU your first choice?</p>

<p>i am considering Indiana but my top 2 choices are Michigan (huge reach, dream school) and Illinois (reach). I'm also considering Wisconsin and Purdue (If i can get in). I really would like to know whether i got into illinois or not but i have to wait until dec 15! I must say though, that Indiana is growing on me more and more everyday and i wouldnt be surprised if I end up going there.</p>

<p>Well, good luck on all your applications. It's always nice to have several good options (although it can make the decision that much more difficult!). Let us know when you decide!</p>

<p>As for your other college choices, Illinois should accept you. Wisconsin is similar to Illinois in terms of admissions, meaning an acceptance there too, however, I wouldn't choose Wisconsin OOS over Illinois IS for business. Purdue is a safety, you'll receive a similar scholarship there as you will at IU. Michigan is a reach with that GPA.</p>

<p>How did you find out you were accepted? Online or by mail? I'm having trouble logging into the site where people are supposed to be able to check.</p>

<p>werid though didnt send in counsler rec to my knowledge and i didnt send my SAT's inless my school did..wont be a direct admit to Kelly but will do anything fresh year to get in!</p>

<p>Ok I just got in as well but the way it is looking is I am going. I got my acceptance in about 2-3 weeks ago. Now I ahve ogt to figure out a way to tell my whole freaking family i am not oing to the air force academy. wish me luck</p>

<p>I didn't find out until I found the letter in my mailbox. I was really excited especially that out of state scholarship they sent with it.</p>

<p>Accepted 10/20/06. Haven't gotten a letter yet but found out in my OneStart online status thing.</p>

SATs: 1890 combined, 1200 reading/math
