Good ec's, community service, four letters of recommendation.
I applied regular, and already found out. Though I was pretty sure I'd get in, as cocky as that sounds.

I believe regulars find out via letter... I checked my status today and it said that they had reached a decision and that it would be mailed to me shortly... Don't know if that's a good sign but...yeah.

jaeneex - I found out through a letter. That same day I checked my status online, and it still wasn't changed. Granted, I submitted my application early November and got my decision early January.

^ilovesoftball44, i read your thread and i'm sorry. i'm sure there was some sort of mistake. did you submit an essay? and also, maybe you can do an appeals if you would really like to go to albany

I remember you too stephi! haha, pm me and let me know how everything is going for you!

perfect- I was deferred from Cornell ED, but I spoke with an admissions director and I will probably be given a guaranteed transfer, where I go to another school for 1 year, take a pre-determined list of courses, and need a 3.0 for the transfer to apply. I will most likely go to Oswego, since I loved the school, love the weather up there (I will be a meteorology major), and it is closer to RIT where a very important person I know will be attending :) So in 09' I'll transfer into Cornell, if not accepted this year. Will you be attending Albany?

Grant - Most likely, I will not be attending Albany. Most likely I'm going to go to Binghamton to major in biology, and go pre-med. Unless I am admitted into Brown or CUNY Hunter Honors. In which case, I'll have an actual decision to make.

Binghamton seems like a much better fit for me.
