<p>yay! i found out today that i’m accepted. i found out by going online and checking my app status.</p>
<p>I found out online as well. I believe today was the first day they posted acceptances. Mail should be coming soon, hopefully with an honors invite.</p>
<p>for the honors program, when do we find out? do we find out as soon as our decision is sent or are all of the honors invites sent later?</p>

<p>I didn’t get the letter yet, but I don’t think you get an honors invite with the general admissions letter. I believe the honors invite comes shortly after, but I am not sure on the details if that is true. Don’t we also get a phone call to congratulate us?</p>
<p>I was accepted as well (I checked online). I’m also wondering about the honors program notification. Does anyone know if the honors invitation will come separately or with a letter of admission?</p>
<p>I checked on a few dates from my daughters acceptance two years ago. She received a letter of admittance that was dated Dec. 8th, and a week later, she received an additional letter accepting her into the Honors program–it was dated Dec. 13th. So–if they are doing it the same way, the two acceptances will come seperately, about a week apart. Hope that helps—good luck!!</p>
<p>My son got an acceptance letter before Thanksgiving (dated Nov 24) but no Honors letter yet.</p>
<p>How do you check? Ive had mine turned in since nov 12, but I havent even gotten an email or anything from them. Ive been to a page that asks for my SS number and birthday, but then it says my application is not on file.</p>
<p>gwarner: I received an email after submitting my app, which gave me a new password and id number to log on to their application status page. I believe that was the same page that allowed you to use your ss number and bday as id, but I didn’t try that approach. If it says your application is not on file, I would contact someone at the university rather than risk not finding out that something happened to your application.</p>
<p>ambiguity: my status is still evaluation. what status did yours change to when you got accepted? and did you receive an email when you got accepted?</p>

<p>I called them and they said they have everything then hung up. Really stumped on what to do.</p>
<p>I would just wait - if they have everything there’s nothing you can do to speed up the process.</p>

<p>Welp, i guess they got all my stuff cuz I got a letter of admittance today. I will be attending if I dont get into NYU or UCLA, or if GW comes up with no good fin aid.</p>
