Accepted!

To those who will not be joining Wash U next year, we still have a few more weeks left and I know each one of you will be able to make it (big!) (and happy!) somewhere.

To those who got in, congrats! I just checked mine online a few minutes ago and though I already kind of knew because of scholars, I am ecstatic! (Thank God).

Just wanted to see if all of us had similar letters. Mine specifically mentioned I had to stay enrolled in current courses - and though I was already planning to - I was just wondering if that was standard...It also mentioned to send in final and mid-year transcripts. I sent those in almost 2 months ago so again was that generic? And does anyone know how to check to see if they've gotten ours?

WHEW! I'm picking out the details but I need some time for it to settle in, officially.

Congratulations again!
We've got a new journey awaiting us. =]

I got in too! omg my FIRST OFFER!!! I cannot talk!!

Congratulations you guys!!!

Yes, mine had the same information about current courses and transcripts.

whose coming to finalist weekend?

I am for Ervin. So excited!
You?

I was accepted too!! Congrats to everyone who got in!!

SO unexpected. I didn’t really have all the credentials they wanted but I was persistent. I got deferred early decision, but I got accepted under the January program which means I don’t start until January, but I still graduate with my class. I am so happy. Congratulations to all, and to everyone else: If you were smart enough to see what was special about Wash U, I have no doubt you will get it to an awesome school.

ACCEPTED! now i have a good backup

Also accepted and I will also be attending the finalist weekend for Ervin. I can’t wait!

Accepted, January Program!!!

My son was accepted. Wash U is his first choice, but we have to figure out the money.

My son was accepted. WashU is his strong second choice; he is (we are!) elated. We have family in STL, so that’s a bonus. Money will be the sticking point for us as well, but we shall see how it all plays out.

Hey all you fellow acceptees. Very excited as well. I applied to WUSTL because of its strong medical program, but with more research I would say it’s one of my top choices (except my archnemesis from my school also applied and there is no way I would EVER go to the same school as her). Anyways, do any of you know if there is an admitted students weekend in April? Thanks!

Son got accepted. Very excited…when is the admitted students weekend? We are visiting next week due in our spring break.

Accepted, as well! I’m definitely really excited, since WUSTL has always been one of my top choices. Of course, the only issue is money. :(

woooot accepted! what makes it better is that i applied about 3 days before the deadline… at like january 12th… i was like, what the heck.
anyway, it totally paid off! don’t worry, wustl is def one of my top choices!

is there a facebook group around? i can’t find it.

Son got accepted! I am ecstatic!

I am absolutely SHOCKED. I was completely CONVINCED that I would be rejected. As to the contents of the admission statement, yeah, I think we all get that “keep your grades up” stuff. WUSTL is hands-down my first choice. Now if only they would give me enough money to attend…

ACCEPTED! I was completely shocked because I didn’t even expect decisions to come out until at least tomorrow! WUSTL is definitely one of my top choices, I mean, the PNP major is hard to beat :)
