I've gotten into UW Honors, USD, and Brandeis; I'd like to go to BC over all of those, but we'll see how the money thing pans out.

I'm still waiting to hear from Tufts and NYU, realistically. I applied to Columbia and Stanford, too, but have no intention of having a chance of getting in.

Ok, now I remember you from the UW's Honors thread, amanda.

BC was definitely my #1 choice, but it was bumped down a few spots due to lack of financial aid. I'm also considering Wellesley, so we'll see. I have yet to find out if I got into UW Honors. I seriously think it'll take another month until I receive a decision, so I will probably have to make up my mind without knowing if I was accepted.

Good luck with future decisions! If you were to get in to Tufts and/or NYU, which school would you choose to attend, keeping in my mind Boston College? Admissions to Columbia and Stanford are definitely tough, but you never know. You've got great choices anyway so congratulations!

amanda - Congratulations! I got accepted to Wellesley on Wednesday and I'll be going there. They gave me enough money so that it would be cheaper for me to attend Wellesley than UW. I was very grateful for this because it seemed like no school would give me any need-based aid. Have fun in Boston! I'm definitely ready to leave WA, but hopefully I'll be able to survive those East Coast winters.

This year, my GPA went down since I took 5 APs but for freshman, sophomore, and junior year it was a cum 3.89 unweighted. This year, my cum went down to a like a 3.81.
