<p>Yes, you can accept Duke and stay on as many waitlists as you’d like. If you get off of a waitlist and decide to take it, then you’re free to drop whatever acceptance you’ve confirmed.</p>
<p>Yes, this is fine, but after May 1, Duke will be within its rights to retain your deposit.</p>
<p>But after Monday, you may want to stay at Duke, the future National Champions in NCAA basketball. Haha. (No, I am not a Dukie).</p>

@jingle: there is no initial deposit… and most colleges dont let you know if you are off the waitlist yet until after may 1…</p>
<p>You are allowed to stay on the W/L after acceptance to a college. Now how long you stay on the W/L depends on the college and it can drag out a long time in some cases.</p>
