Accepting Financial Aid Packages

<p>So I'm deciding what parts of my aid package to accept, and I see:
Federal Perkins Loan- UG
& Federal Sub Stafford Loan (0)
When I go check what they are, I see that I need to complete an interview and an application? Does this need to be completed BEFORE I send back this award notice to the university? Or do I first indicate that I want to accept these loans on the award notice before doing the applications?</p>

<p>D just got her fin aid package and went ahead and accepted the awards including subsidised loans. For her school we were able to do so on the internet.</p>

<p>You accept the loans if you want them and then do the interview and application.</p>
