Accepting Mcgill offer...questions...

I just have a few questions

I havent fully decided on going to Mcgill but I have to accept my offer by may 1...but I am planning on visiting Mcgill, western, queens, and toranto only in early june. All the other universites have given me till june 13 to accept their offers..so i still have time to visit them...

Anyway I was wondering if can accept it then mcgill offer now and cancel it later if I dont want to go there.
Do I have to pay any deposit now when I am accept the offer? ($200 or something)? If I do..will I get it back when I cancel it?
When you accept your offer do u have to also pay the residence deposit?
If I dont whats the the deadline for the resisdence deposit (june 13?)?

I couldnt find anything on the mcgill website...or I didnt really try hard

If u guys know anything it would help

the point of a deposit is so that they can hold you to your decision. I don't know if you have to pay it right away, but once you do it's non-refundable.

You can back out but you loose the deposit, is my understanding. Though when you think of the thousands you'll be shelling out for your college education, $200 doesn't look that significant ;)

do you have to make the deposit right away or can you accept first and then make the deposit later?

If u click on the accept link....it takes you to a page showing pictures of credit cards

I didnt pay yet but...there is space where you must enter your credit card number in order to proceed

so you have to pay when you accept?

You have to pay when accepting.. and yes its non-refundable..
