"Complete your college homework and registration tutorial. NOTE: These MUST be completed at least one week before you attend your Summer Registration Program. Read more on College Homework and Tutorials."

does this apply to me even if im going at fall ??

yes, the hw and registration tutorial applies to you.
i’m not sure if i had a confirmation email either but when i check my application status now, where it used to say “admit”, it says “applicant accepts offer”. so that way you can be sure the electronic acceptance went through

There is no deposit when you accept admission. There is a deposit when you apply for housing which you can do on-line starting a few days after accepting admission. Other than that deposit, you don’t actually pay anything (except for your room during summer registration) until you get a bill about the third week after classes start in fall. Registration tutorial is on the site. Basically, you will need to sign up for a summer registration session and take certain on-line placement tests before going to summer registration. You should go to website and start looking for things like housing and summer registration and placement tests. One place to start is here: [U of I Admissions: College Homework and Registration Tutorial](Page Not Found, Illinois Undergraduate Admissions)
