Access code v. stand alone code MATH 115 question

Help! I cannot figure out the difference between:
1.) My Mathlab Stand Alone Code (Spring/Summer/Fall 11/12/13)
ISBN 0558859089 $90
and
2.) Access Code Only
Algebra and Trigonometry w/ Mlp
ISBN 1269199447 $150

I get that DD is supposed to choose one but why are they labeled differently? What’s Mlp? Neither is currently available at the Supestore. I’m really confused. Can’t understand the big price difference either. Can anyone help? Thanks!

The $150 version includes the actual textbook as well as online access to the lesson, tests etc. Unless your student requires for their own self the physical copy of the book go for the cheaper version. The cheaper option includes an online ebook copy of the textbook. This is why the teacher states “choose one”.

At the college level, MIP it is probably Mixed Linear Programming/linear optimization.

Got it. Thank you!
