I was recently accepted to UVA from OOS.

I’m curious about UVA’s financial aid program, Access UVA. I’ve heard that they set a cap on your loans and will cover the rest in the form of grants. Can anyone confirm this? Also, does it apply to everyone seeking out financial aid or is it only for low-income families? Just any clarification on how it works would be great.
