acclerated medical program BS/MD 7 year

I am going into sophomore year. It has been a life long goal of mine to get into 7 year medical school. My weighted gpa is 98.6 right now and I would be around 35-45 in my class rank our of 650 kids. I don't have many Ecs except joining many clubs. I will be in national honors society. I am in the highest classes you can possibly take right now. I can't find a place where I can shadow or volunteer around me. I am going to volunteer at a fire station when I'm 16. I am going to a summer medical camp the end of sophomore year. Please help me what else I should do to get in. Also my SAT score is around 1600 and 1100 for math and reading right now but I'm still studying. Should I start a club? What else should I do? Please help me!!

Your SAT score is a combination score of CR+M?

@workovertalent it is 1600-1700 all together and about 1100 for just math and reading.

You still have another year for SAT’s but the 1100 for math and cr definitely needs to increase by about 300 points! Many accelerated programs require a certain combined sat math/cr score to even apply.
In the clubs you joined, try to stand out more. Aim for competitions or leadership positions in some of the clubs your really interested in. If you join too many, you may not have time to get involved with all of them so be careful.

To get to medical program BS/MD 7 year , you might need Math+CR very close to 1600, it is very competitive, a lot of kids apply with the perfect stat.

What are my chances of getting into NJIT 7 year medical program through UMDNJ or the Caribbean ?

@basketball1998, whatever you do, as a high school student, you shouldn’t even be thinking about going into the Caribbean, especially with the residency match crunch.

But how are my chances looking at getting into the program at NJIT?
