Hello,

Honestly, this is my second account. Ever since the “upgrade” (ehem) I have not been able to login to my original account, Bigwig. If I could get a PM on how to regain access to my original account, that would be great - I hate having 2.

Note, I signed up for this website with Bigwig over three years ago (as a frosh in college)! I seriously have no idea what email I used that long ago. School, assignments, etc. it all catches up with you. Time to remember emails? Nah…

I don’t care about the upgrade. I would like to login to my original account.

Let me add. I know the original password. I can prove it to an admin if they pm me. I have it saved to my Firefox passwords. That is how I know there is an error logging into my account.
