<p>I am a junior studying History and have become interested in accounting after taking an intro course...I have done research and was wondering what everyone's opinion on a Masters in Accounting. Am I better off going to the best program I get into or one that is respectable yet cheap (like a state school)? </p>

<p>Also, how difficult is it to make partner at a Big 4 firm? How long does it take? Salary ideas?</p>

<p>Doesn't matter what school you got. Go the cheapest route and make sure the Big 4 recruit there (assuming that's what you want to do).</p>
