How are accurate are Kaplan's ACT test?

personally, i thought the Kaplan test are a little harder than the real act.

was it as hard as barron's? ^
barron's is just...AGH!too hard.

I use the Kaplan book, and I think the strategies in it are good and I like the layout of the "course". I've taken one of the practice tests, and I got a composite of 30, which doesn't seem possible to me (as in it's too good). But I could be underestimating myself.

getting a 30 with Kaplan is pretty good. Barron is WAY to hard, it's nothing like the question on the act. but then again if you do well with Barron, then you might do pretty well on the real ACT.

I think Kaplan is pretty accurate. I got a 30 on the Kaplan and I got a 29 on the real thing.(hopefully i can get a 30 on the real thing too ;)

I've heard the Kaplan tests are harder but then I've also heard they're just about the same as the ACT...I've also heard that the Barron tests are too easy but some people also say that they are too hard...

so could you guys explain by what you mean by harder or easier?
