So I got a letter from ETS saying my proctor turned me in for cheating because my hand looked like it was positioned to have a paper in it. I know I didn't cheat, but obviously this is a hard-to-prove case, so I am not going to bother too much. I spoke to my counselor previously about this way back in June already, and she believed me, so I'm not sure what happened. My question is, what will appear on my score reports besides a 'no score available' for the AP Test? I know I didn't do very well on the AP test, so I actually don't care very much if my score is cancelled. However, will it say anything about the "cheating"? I don't want to have to go into the trouble of appealing...should I go talk to my counselor again?

bump 10char?

anybody? 10char

it’s best to check with your counselor just to make sure nothing weird happens in your record

Oh my god, that sounds like such a nerve-racking experience! Just looking through posts like this on the forums makes me scared for the future of standardized testing, especially since AP tests and SAT scores seem to have a lot more of a role in the college admissions process than way back when I was still in school. It’s shocking.
