As the proctor was collecting the test, I made 1 or 2 circles darker and she accused me of cheating. I didn't mean to do it; she told me specifically in the beginning while we were filling out information that I needed to make my circles darker on the answer sheet or the machine wouldn't recognize them. I circled all of my answers in the book and they match up to my answer sheet. so I couldn't have filled in another bubble or anything.

Worst of all, a boy in the front of the room started on the test when the teacher was giving us instructions on filling in our personal information. She caught him and the entire class saw, but she didn't do anything about it. I think this is blatant discrimination.

I talked to the test center supervisor and he basically ignored me and said that he was going to support the teacher. What should I do? They said that they're going to file an "irregularity report" and my scores may be canceled. Will this go on my permanent record? Would writing to ETS help? Please give me advice; I'm really worried.
