Can anyone shed light on whether a BS and BA are considered to be different "majors" for purposes of receiving instate tuition via Academic Common Market? In other words, a school in my state offers a BS in the field I plan to study and I hope to go to an OOS school that offers a BA in same major. The focus of the two programs is entirely different, to the point where they hardly resemble each other - so would this situation qualify for ACM instate tuition? Any comments or links to relevant information would be appreciated.

This is the Southeastern ACM (SERB), by the way.
