Acq

How does academic call to quarters work? Do upperclassmen come around and check periodically to make sure your in your room?

They carry around tazers.

No, they don't check. During ACQ you're pretty much allowed to be anywhere in the "academic area", which includes Vandy and Sijan, Fairchild, the Library, and maybe like one other place.

It's YOUR time to do as you wish (within regs and training restrictions as a 4 dig).

This means you can read a book, go to the gym, do your homework, have quiet time, go to bed. You cannot be trained during this time.

But they will taze you.

lol. I had this mental image of a bunch of us cadets sitting around with our nose in the books and upperclassmen coming around and harassing us to study.

They enough studying to do on their own much less bother you to study.

its a time where their cannot be official club meetings or anyhting like that, unless the director of the CIA comes and wants to use that time to give a briefing

and then have technical difficulties in the other lecture halls. yay!

but then u miss the cool receptions were you get tight connections :) lol

sounds exciting!
so what time does acq start?

mon and fri is 1910, tuesday to thursday it starts at 1940.

i'm so glad i can ask the seemingly obvious questions..

whats sad is that by now with a brother allready there..u might just know it?? haha ;) . jk bri. i owe you so i prob shouldnt be teasing

ok, well...my brother doesnt generally talk to me much about how things work there anymore. he wants me to be surprised or something...idk. its just not the topic of our discussions.
how about my excuse is i was asking on behalf of the other people who wanted to know and just didnt ask

one, your brother doesn't tlak to you about it i would guess b/c he got tired of talking about it and being reminded of it (not that its bad, just good to get away sometimes.

two, i would say to your excuse 1: no excuses, and 2: good thing u rn't under the honor oath ;)

are you trying to imply something eagle?

i'll leave that up to your interpretation...
