ACT and no SAT IIs at Stanford

Stanford indicates that it strongly recommends SAT IIs. If one only submits ACT scores only, how much of an impact will this have, especially if a student is from an area where students do not traditionally take the SAT?

I would just submit the SAT IIs. That's what I'm doing, even though my SAT is nothing compared to my ACT. Do you have a choice right now, or do you just not have SAT IIs?

DD has good SAT IIs, but, like you, ACT scores are better than the regular SAT. Did you notice that the common data set for last year indicates that the ACT composite range (25% - 75%) of admitted students is 29-33?
