Hi there, my daughter got a score of 31 on ACT. I tried to find a conversion to SAT score but found many different info. Is there a more trusted one that I can use to convert the scores? Thanks
Try Collegeboard’s concordance table. It is only for reference purpose as each school may look at the scores differently.
Or if someone can tell me what the converted score to SAT should be.
Don’t you know how to Google?
I did google and got different websites with different charts and converters.
Why not do your own conversion—go the official ACT and SAT sites and find the same percentile and make your conversion.
I have been working from Table 7 in this link. But what @billcsho says is important too. Know how each school looks at scores. Often, you can find info on a school’s website that tells you the minimum ACT or SAT score that will make your kid eligible for a scholarship. There does seem to be some variability amongst the schools when it comes to what ACT score concords to what SAT score. It also makes a difference whether a school superscores and if so which test it superscores. Most will superscore the SAT. Some will superscore the ACT. A few don’t superscore either one. My son took both tests multiple times and because of the differences in the way schools treat the scores, we are sending multiple SATs to some of his schools, multiple ACTs to others schools, and one SAT or one ACT to other schools.

I’d use the CB’s concordance table from 5/09/16:
