Ok, so I am currently studying for the ACT using two different practice books, and I'm looking to improve my composite score by 6 or more points...has anyone done this before? Now that I've taken the test once, I know that I really need to get my numbers up, and I'm wondering what else I can do to prepare myself...besides what I'm already doing. Have any of you been able to drastically improve your scores? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! :) Thanks!

Uh, the chance of going up 6 points not including the first test is very rare.

I went up 8 points from my first test, but it doesn’t really mean that much because the first time I took it, I had no idea what the test was about. I went up 5 from my 2nd over two years.

It is possible, but it’s probably not going to happen: it also depends on what you got. Going from a 10-20 is obviously easier than going from a 20-30.
