ACT Composite vs. Section

So I have a composite ACT score of 32, and the section scores are as follows:
English: 35 Math: 27 Reading: 32 Science: 32
I’m trying to get into a competitive business program (USC, NYU, George Washington, Northeastern) Do you think that the math score is going to immediately exclude me from any universities? Or is it going to make admissions nearly impossible? Would a SAT section test in math make up for the score? I’ve been thinking about taking the SAT Subject Test in Math II to compensate for the low ACT score, but I don’t want to go through all of that stress if my score is fine. If I have an extremely low chance of getting into any of the schools I want, however, I will take the test to help myself.
