ACT conversions

I've seen conversion charts for ACT composite vs. SAT composite, but is there any way to convert ACT math to SAT math and likewise with critical reading?

Yes, I just read a book and inside had a conversion of individual sections. I think it goes something like this:

36 = 800
35 = 780
34 = 760
33 = 740
32 = 720
31 = 690
30 = 670

And so on. I don't remember the rest because I didn't pay attention to the bottom portion, but you get the idea. Hope that helps. =)

What book did you find those conversions in?

I'd really like to know as well

It's from "What it really takes to get into the Ivy League and other highly selective colleges" by Chuck Hughes, a former Admissions director (I think) from Harvard. He said that this is the table that Harvard uses to convert ACT sub-scores to SAT scores.

Just google on ACT SAT conversion. You will get plenty of links to the accepted conversion chart.
