Hahaha, I'm glad I'm not the only one who bombed the science section.

the offical ACT book says science is -1/-0 36, -1 35, -2 34, etc

well hopefully this time it'll be like -4=36 lol

^chone, whats a -4 math?

The curves arnt the same for every test... last june i think it was -1=34?

^I hope so

The day before I picked up one of those ACT packets in my school, took the practice test and finished the science section with like 5 mins left over and missed none. I go to test today think science is going to be easier. Nope.

-1=34 say what? can they even do that?

"...and yet there were no fighting scientists passage."

i know, weird right?

Here are my predictions of the curve:

E : -1 = 35 , -7 = 30
M: -1 = 35 ,
Reading: -1 = 36, -2 = 35, -8=30
Science: -1 = 35, -2 = 34, -6 = 30

And this is because the ACT determines the curves before the test, disregarding how students do. How well students do have no influence on the curve.

Here are my predictions

E: -1 = 35
M: -1= 36, -5=33 -8=30
R: -1=35
S: -1=36, -2=35, -8=29

Yes I was very confused I was like where's that crazy opposing viewpoints passage and I never found it ... but I'm not complaining!

^ I'm kinda mad they didn't have it.

I have been studying for that passage in particular for 2 weeks, and I have gotten pretty good at it too. Seems like a waste to have focused on improving in that area when it wasn't even on there :[.
