just got a letter from Brown that they’re missing my ACT score.

I sent my score in Oct. …

I’m going to call ACT tomorrow and make sure they send it.

I’m scared this might delay their decision…

this is really annoying…

the same thing happened to me, but i did not put brown on the list of colleges to send to on my act form. i did however go on www.actstudent.org and sent them my scores on priority. this cost me $13 though.

Call the ACT service and call Brown asap. Same thing happened with my SAT scores. I spent all Thanksgiving weekend freaked out over it because I couldn't contact either ETS or Brown. On Monday, I called ETS, had them send a back-up score report and then I called Brown. Turned out that Brown had my scores all along, but someone forgot to enter them into the computer! The point is, they are processing tons of paper, so it may take a few calls to work stuff out. Don't delay. They can't hold it against you if it was out of control. If you have receipts from your test score request, even better, because it proves you were on top of things and did send the scores, but errors happened in processing. Good luck!

Did you order your scores between Oct 27-Oct 30 .

"If you used ACT's Send Your Scores online service to request your scores be reported to a college or university between 6:00 p.m., Friday, October 27 and 8:00 a.m., Monday, October 30, it is possible the request was not received even though you received an email confirmation notification. We experienced some technical problems at various times throughout that weekend. The majority of requests were not affected.

If you submitted a request during the time listed above, please contact ACT Records, toll free at 866-763-7228 to verify that your request was received and your scores were sent. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., central time, Monday through Friday."
