ACT essay tips?

<p>Any tips for doing real good on the ACT essay?</p>

<p>Write a lot or bust.</p>

<p>Make a brief outline before writing it. Just put down your main points (in the outline) so you do not wander.</p>

<p>Like raimius said, an outline helps. Also, address both sides of an issue to show you fully understand it, use examples and/or hypothetical situations. Use logical support, explain your reasoning, etc. Be clear when you're writing. An outline (one addressing both sides of an issue) should really help with this.</p>
